A social entrepreneur with experiences in the field of monitoring and evaluation, community development, socio-economic research and consultancy. Kapela has been involved in various development interventions and approaches that seek to address development challenges especially in the areas of community development, social science research methodology, monitoring and evaluation of development projects, food security, HIV/AIDS, Gender mainstreaming, income generation and environmental conservations. He has participated in the development of Quality Improvement Guideline and Job aid for Most Vulnerable Children Programs, National Monitoring &Evaluation Framework of National Costed Plan of Action for Most Vulnerable Children, capacity building for reproductive and HIV/AIDS implementing partners funded by PEPFAR, Development of Monitoring & Evaluation Systems, conducting Data Quality Assessment to various organizations, mapping of HIV related services, and conducting baseline assessment and midterm evaluation.
